Not much going on here. I am still fighting the cold I got over 1,5 week ago. It’s getting really annoying at this point. I never have a cold that lasts this long. I thought I was getting better after a couple of days but I didn’t. Besides that life is easy at the moment with not much exciting things going on.
Beebox content week 38:
Corn, red onion, mint, pepper, green beans, beetroot, potatoes, leek, endive, alfafa, apple juice, spelt bread, prumes, blackberries.
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: Rest
I took a couple of extra rest days because of my cold.
Still fighting the (by this time) annoying cold but I did go out for my run. Halfway through the run it started to rain. The run itself was okay considering my health at that moment. I did do all the running intervals so am satisfied with it.
Distance: 4.4 K / 2.5 miles
Running: 2-3-6-6-7 minutes.
Paces: 6:49 – 6:35 – 6:32 – 6:39 – 6:39

Thursday September 19
We had tortilla’s with chorizo, beef, red pepper, onion, served with sour cream and guacamole.
Friday September 20
My friend and I give each other a dinner for our birthday. I still haven’t had mine (birthday was in May) but on Friday she cooked for me. I didn’t take pictures but she made an Italian dinner. Started with caprese salad. Main was Italian stew, gnocchi and a panzanella salad. Dessert was a cupcake with rum, served with whipped cream and raspberries. It was all delicious.
Saturday September 21
I used the endive and some of the alfafa for a salad. I’ve added blueberries and walnuts and made a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar and mustard. I had two slices of spelt bread with it.
