- I haven’t exercised much in January. Still struggling to find my daily motivation but I keep on trying. The days are getting longer now which usually lift my spirits. I’m not going to feel guilty about how many workouts I did anymore. Everything I do counts even if it’s not much. Just keep on trying and I know one day I’m back to my normal workout routine.

Books I’m (have been) reading
Celeste de Blasis – The proud breed.
I haven’t been reading much this month. This book is a very old book, it’s written in 1978 and I have read it several times over the years. It’s a historic novel and it still makes me cry at the same parts of the book that always make me cry. I’m halfway this book and hope to finish it next month.
