I can’t believe we are only 4 weeks away from 2014. This year definitely haven’t been my best year. I haven’t reached my goals and that’s why I want to try to reach at least 1 new goal before the end of this year: run a 5K without walk breaks.
I’m letting go of speed at this moment, first I want to run without stopping. I already have some plans for 2014 and let me just say: there’s plenty of time to work on speed next year.
I have some other plans for 2014 that I will reveal at the end of this year. Losing weight is definitely one of them but right now I don’t want to change anything in the way I eat till my appointment in the hospital. But I’m definitely not happy with my body right now.
I have a lot of workout DVD’s, in fact I can do a different workout every time for at least a year but there was still 1 program on my wish list: Focus T25. This week I could buy this on a Dutch site together wit Brazil Butt Lift and Hip Hop Abs for only 18 Euro’s (around 19 USD). I received it today, they are copies (I knew that when I bought it) but it’s working on my DVD player and the quality is fine. For now I’m done with the workouts I want to buy. As R. said this evening: now use them more!
Weekend plans: if it’s dry tomorrow morning (and it looks that way) Bella and I are doing an organized 10K walk again.
Beebox content week 48:
Pears, mozzarella cheese, celeriac, pesto, red onion, eggs, minced meat, Romanesco, apple juice, apples, green pepper, soester tubers, tomatoes, vegetables for soup.
The soester tubers is something I never heard before. They are grown in a village close to where I live and no where else. Talk about regional products: how cool is that. I have no idea what it is, how it tastes but there was a recipe on the website so I’ll try that. I never had Romanesco (green cauliflower) before either. It’s going to be an interesting week again.
